Shipping

Returns, refunds, and size exchanges
Requests must be emailed by the end of the seventh calendar day, counting the day after carrier-confirmed delivery as day one. Weekends and public holidays are included. Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Size exchanges are available separately when stock permits. Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are handled separately under our Return & refund policy. Pre-orders
Pre-order pieces have an estimated production period of two to three calendar months from the date payment is successfully completed. They must be purchased separately from in-stock pieces. Please read our Pre-order policy before ordering.
