Shipping and Delivery Information:
We offer worldwide shipping.
Please take note of varying international shipping rates. Upon checkout, we'll calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated package weight.
Order Processing:
Your orders will take 5-7 business days to process and ship.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, holiday, and peak period.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email at the provided email address with your shipment's tracking information.
Due to the shipping carrier we use, the tracking number may take 3-7 business days to be generated.
Tracking and Updates:
Please be aware that tracking updates may be delayed until the package arrives in your local country.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Modifying a Shipping Address:
We are unable to
-change the shipping address after check out.
-combine separate orders into a single shipment.
-ship to PO box, APO or FPO.

Delivery Duties and Fees:
Delivery duties and fees are dependent on the shipping location.

Undelivered & Returned Packages:
In the event of an undeliverable package due to incorrect shipping address and / or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Unclaimed Packages
If the recipient is absent during all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local service center for pick-up.
If the package is not picked up for any reason, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Refusal of Package
If the receiver refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Costs Incurred for Returned Packages
Please note that the expense includes shipping costs and any duties and taxes the package may have incurred, and this amount will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Duties & Fees for Abandoned Packages
For packages requiring delivery duties and fees, local customs will contact you via the provided email or phone number.
The package will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned.
Customers who abandon a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
Damaged/Lost Packages:
Please note that once proof of the delivery is attached to a tracking number.
HUMBLE REPRODUCTION is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
All risks are summed by the courier.
