PRE-ORDER POLICY

Production and shipping time
Pre-order pieces are made after an order is placed. The production period is approximately 2–3 months after your order is placed. Shipping takes approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch date.

Payment and order details
All pre-orders require full payment at checkout. Please confirm the style, color, size, shipping address, and contact information before placing your order.

Pre-order and in-stock pieces
Pre-order and in-stock pieces must be placed in separate orders. Separate orders ensure that in-stock pieces are not delayed by a pre-order production schedule.

Shipping
When production is complete, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, tracking, and delivery are governed by our Shipping policy.

Materials and appearance
