For item purchased at humblereproduction.com, all returns or refund request must be submitted to info@humble-official.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Merchandise:
-If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@humble-official.com for review.
Based on the issue, we will either:
-Repair the item for you
-Offer an exchange if the same item is available.
Please note that due to the vintage and handmade nature of our products,
marks, scratches, wash marks, or other characteristics of their unique creation are not considered defects and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one in a different size, please email us at info@humble-official.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Please note that in certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
-Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
-Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and any applicable taxes or tariffs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
